Welcome to Clario. By registering your firm workspace or utilizing Clario practice services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Workspace & Entitlement Capacities

Each registered firm is provided resource allocations (staff seats, monthly AI credits, encrypted storage) in accordance with their active subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Firm). Client entities are unlimited across all standard plans.

2. Role Governance & Authorization

Firm Owners maintain exclusive governance authority over client entity deletion, plan subscription, and billing management. Practice users must ensure that invitations and role delegations (Manager, Staff) comply with their firm's internal oversight policies.

3. Operational Platform Scope

Clario is a practice management and compliance tracking platform. Clario organizes workflows, filing readiness, and document tracking but does not replace official government filing portals or render independent statutory tax advice.
