Clario Technologies (“Clario”) respects the absolute confidentiality of Chartered Accountant firms and their clients. This privacy policy describes how your firm data is secured, processed, and protected.

1. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

All client portfolios, compliance records, GST/TDS filing data, document repositories, and staff logs are logically isolated by firm identifier boundaries at both the database Row-Level Security (RLS) layer and the encrypted storage container layer. No firm can access or view another firm's data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect practice account information (firm name, administrator email, staff profiles), client entity metadata (GSTIN, PAN, entity classifications), compliance schedules, and documents uploaded specifically by your firm or clients for filing verification.

3. Read-Only Grounded AI Privacy

Clario AI operates in a strictly read-only mode and is scoped exclusively to your active firm workspace. Your client records and financial figures are never used to train generalized foundation models or shared with third parties.
